Javier Tour\u00f3n has created and lead the Center for Talented Youth Education (CYT) in Spain,<b>\u00a0<\/b>International Charter Member del CTY de la Universidad Johns Hopkins<b>\u00a0<\/b>(2001-2011).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><i>International Ambassador<\/i> y <i>Research Fellow<\/i>\u00a0from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/flglobal.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Flipped Learning Global Initiative<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div>Professor at the Universidad de Navarra for 36 years (1979-2015).
