Daniel Burgos, representante europeo, vice-presidente del Jurado internacional y vicerrector de UNIR, destaca la caracter\u00edstica com\u00fan de los ganadores: ambos incrementan el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y a la educaci\u00f3n gracias a las TIC.
