Pablo Moreno-Ger

Dr. Pablo Moreno Ger is the Director of the IBM-UNIR Chair on Data Science in Education, and an Associate Professor at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) since 2017.

He is also the Vicedean for Academic Affairs at the Graduate School of Engineering and Technology at UNIR, and the Director of the PhD program in Computer Science at UNIR.

He holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and he was an Associate Professor at the Department of Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence at Universidad Complutense de Madrid for 12 years, where he was also the Vicedean for Innovation at the School of Computer Science. He has published more than 150 academic papers, and participated in multiple national and international research projects (FP7, LLP, H2020).
