Welcome to the UNESCO & ICDE website at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR). This website shows the combined project of the UNESCO Chair on eLearning, the ICDE Chair in Open Educational Resources, and the delegation of the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE), under the coordination by UNIR Research, the vice-chancellorship for Research & Technology, at UNIR. The final aim of this joint work force is to design and implement specific short, mid and long-term actions focused on Educational Technology, Worldwide, and with a special focus on Europe and Latam. We specially care about scientific research and practical work with real students and teachers, at Higher Education institutions and schools, in topices like, i.e. Learning Analytics, Personalised Learning, Open Educational Resources, Innovation, Learning and Teaching models, Gamification, and Social Networks. Furthermore, to us, learning is developed in both the classroom and outside, in informal settings, in daily contexts. This work force looks for bringing together various ways of learning and teaching, from diverse sources and cultural contexts, and with a number of specific objectives in real cases. It is a resource for the whole scientific and academic community on Technology-enhanced Learning. We invite you to explore our website and find out a way to contribute, suggest, or collaborate. Indeed, any suggestion will be welcome, since this initiative becomes a combined effort from many people, you included.
