Javier Tourón
Past-vice-rectorfor Innovation and Education Development at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) since september 2015, Chair of Research Methodology and Diagnossis in Education. Ph.D. on Education Science and Biology. Past-President of the European Council fot High Ability (2000-2004), and member of the National Advisory Board of the Center for Talented Youth (CTY) from de Jhons Hopkins University (2003-2011). Javier Tourón has created and lead the Center for Talented Youth Education (CYT) in Spain, International Charter Member del CTY de la Universidad Johns Hopkins (2001-2011).
International Ambassador y Research Fellow from Flipped Learning Global Initiative.
Professor at the Universidad de Navarra for 36 years (1979-2015). His research career in the field of talent development has brought him the opportunity to be Consultant Editor from some of the most renowned journals in his field, among them: High Ability Studies, Education Today, Talent Development and Excellence, Sobredotaçao, Gifted and Talented International, Abilities and giftednes; and also some of the most popular in Spain as Revista Española de Pedagogía, Estudios sobre Educación, RELIEVE, Bordón, Educación XXI o Revista de Educación
