Boosting diversity and inclusion in hybrid and remote work: New open training programme

The European ReWork project launches a free online training programme offering practical tools to promote inclusive and equitable work environments in hybrid and remote models. The training is available in five languages and targets professionals and trainers across Europe.

A response to the challenges of hybrid and remote work and inclusion

The European project ReWork, funded by the Erasmus+ programme, launches the online training programme ‘Leading inclusion in a hybrid and remote workplace’. This programme aims to train professionals to implement inclusive practices in their organisations, thus contributing to the well-being and integration of people from different backgrounds, abilities and conditions in new working models.

The training, designed by project partners who are experts in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), is aimed at HR practitioners and students, SME managers and leaders, middle managers in public and private organisations, and Vocational Education and Training providers. The course is offered in Spanish, English, French, German and Greek, making it accessible to participants from different European and international countries.

Four modules for inclusive leadership

The programme is structured in four modules, each composed of learning outcomes applicable to organisations realities:

• Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in hybrid and remote work environments: key concepts, KPIs and strategies.
• Ensuring inclusion in hybrid and remote work: communication, trust and support mechanisms.
• Hybrid leadership: inclusive practices for distributed teams.
• Technological literacy: use of technologies that support inclusion in hybrid and remote work.

Open registration and free access

The course is available free of charge and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of more inclusive and cohesive work environments, in line with the priorities of the European Union.
