The ongoing international network of partners with different agreements (Activity Report 2015-2016)
A special interest area for UNIR is the implementation of an internationalization strategy. This fact, is crucial in the research field. That is the reason why the vice chancellorship for research and technology is promoting research and development agreements with national and international institutions. We strongly believe that the implication or our researchers in international and intercultural teams fosters, not only their academic and research career but also their lectures, so students have a benefit as well.
Different joint activities are planned in the framework of these international agreements: exchanging lecturers, researchers and students, the design and development of joint academic post-graduate programmes, the attendance to international meetings… But, above all, the collaborating institutions can support each other in the design, implementation of research, development, and innovation (R&D&i) projects and proposals are also foreseen between the collaborating institutions.
In addition, UNIR contributes to several European research projects that are based on educational technology, innovation in education, entrepreneurship, communication and social sciences, amongst other topics.
