The meeting was an interactive gathering, with many discussions regarding project management and project results. Instituto Superior Tecnico, Universidade de Lisboa, hosted the meeting involving ten participants from all project organisations: Universidade de Lisboa (Portugal), Rheinisch-Westfaelische Technische Hochschule Aachen (Germany), Creative Thinking Development (Greece), Institute for Research in Environment, Civil Engineering and Energy (Republic of North Macedonia), and Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (Spain).
