The main objective of this program is to provide skills and tools to university staff (teachers and managers) who are not familiar with online work, so that they can transfer and adapt their experience to this new methodology.  The program takes advantage of the experience of university teachers and managers to build a methodological and technological framework that will facilitate their transition to the online model, since it is based on practical and interactive group and individual activities.

In addition, there will be two live sessions per week, where leading experts will address the most important topics related to e-Learning. Among them: Daniel Burgos, Natalia Padilla, Alberto Corbí, Silvia Baldiris or Dai Griffiths.

The contents that will be reviewed during the course are the following:

– Conceptual framework on eLearning.

– Online education.

– Online methodologies.

– Open and online contexts.

– Personalized support.

– Technological support.

– Education and society.

And it will enable them to obtain the following competencies:

– Effective use of technology in online environments, for better learning and teaching.

– Effective use of informal and formal online educational resources, combined.

– Effective use of basic learning analytics to improve online performance in professional contexts

– Effective use of online methodology and technology to facilitate the implementation of digital competencies online
